Collection: Kingsway

Kingsway is one of the UK's longest-running pick 'n' mix (pick and mix) candy brands — a value range built for sweet shop counters, market stalls and anyone filling a scoop display, rather than individually wrapped treats for a shelf. Founded in 1962 by Ray Hancock, the range has grown to more than 200 products spanning jellies, foams, chocolate and boiled sweets, from cola bottles and foam bananas to tongue painters and bon bons. A large part of the range is gelatine-free, which makes Kingsway one of the better pick and mix candy brands for catering to a mixed group.

Kingsway is a brand owned by Hancocks, the UK's largest wholesale confectionery cash and carry — Ray Hancock launched the Kingsway name the same year, 1962, that the first Hancocks cash and carry opened. Hancocks supplies the Kingsway range wholesale to sweet shops, market traders and online retailers across the UK, and we stock the full range here at those same wholesale-friendly bulk prices, delivered UK-wide rather than case-by-case from a cash and carry counter — this page is Supreme Sweets' own Kingsway sweets website, not Hancocks' or Kingsway's.

The range also covers chocolate-covered toffee: Kingsway Chocolate Covered Cinder Toffee 3kg coats crunchy cinder toffee pieces in milk chocolate, and Kingsway Milk Chocolate Toffee Drops 3kg does the same around a softer toffee centre. Both are milk chocolate rather than dark — if you're specifically after a dark chocolate-covered toffee, that's not a variant we currently stock.

For something beyond toffee, Kingsway Chocolate Flavour Raisins 3kg coats raisins in a chocolate-flavoured coating — a good scoop-your-own jar filler or bulk gift base. As with the toffee above, it's a milk/plain chocolate-flavour coating rather than a confirmed dark chocolate one, so it's not the one to reach for if you need genuine dark chocolate raisins specifically. Harder formats are covered too: our Kingsway gobstoppers come in standard and giant sizes, and the brand's chocolate sticks are a scoop-display shape worth knowing the backstory on.
