Returns and Refunds Policy (UK)

We want you to be happy with your order. Returns are accepted only in the two situations below, and only where the item is unopened and unused.

What Can Be Returned

  • Faulty, damaged or incorrect items — if something arrives wrong, damaged in transit, or faulty.
  • Change of mind — if you simply no longer want the item.

Because much of what we sell is food, we cannot accept the return of any item once it has been opened, unless it is faulty, damaged or incorrect. This is standard practice for food and confectionery products and is separate from your right to reject an item that is actually faulty.

Notifying Us

You must let us know you want to return an item within 14 days of the date of delivery. You can do this by emailing us at info@supremesweets.co.uk with your order number and the reason for the return.

Sending the Item Back

Once you've notified us, the item must reach us within 28 days of the original delivery date, sent to:

Return postage is at your own cost and we recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot issue a refund for items that do not reach us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll email you to confirm whether the refund has been approved.

  • Change of mind: we'll refund the price you paid for the item in full. We do not charge a restocking fee. The original delivery charge is non-refundable.
  • Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: we'll refund the price you paid for the item in full, including the original delivery charge, or send a replacement if you'd prefer.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, usually within 7 business days, though it may take longer to appear depending on your card issuer or bank.

Your Statutory Rights

This policy is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
