Rolo

Rolo was first sold by Mackintosh's in 1937, developed in Norwich and named for its distinctive rolled, round shape — caramel wrapped in milk chocolate, nothing more complicated than that. Mackintosh's merged with Rowntree's in 1969, and the recipe has stayed essentially the same since it first went on sale.
