How quickly will my order be delivered? Most orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days and arrive via standard UK delivery shortly after. See our Shipping Policy for full timeframes and costs.
Do you ship outside the UK? We currently ship within the UK only. Some products are themselves restricted to UK sale by the manufacturer and cannot be exported — this is noted on the relevant product pages.
Dietary & Sourcing
Are your sweets halal? Some lines are certified halal and clearly marked with an HMC or HFA certification mark on the product page. Products described as “halal-friendly” by the manufacturer without a certification mark are not certified — we flag this distinction on the relevant product and guide pages. Always check the product page for the specific line you're buying.
Do you sell vegan and vegetarian sweets? Yes — we stock a range of gelatine-free vegan and vegetarian sweets, tagged and filterable under Dietary in the main menu. Individual product pages state whether a line is vegan, vegetarian, or contains gelatine.
Where do you source your sweets from? We stock genuine, UK-sourced stock from major confectionery brands including Haribo, Kingsway, Vidal, Pez and more. Any products with export restrictions or country-specific notes are flagged clearly on the product page.
Bulk & Business Orders
Can I buy sweets in bulk for an event or business? Yes, most of our range is available in bulk bags and multipacks, and we regularly supply parties, weddings and businesses. See our Bulk Bags collection or get in touch via the Contact page for larger or custom orders.
Returns
What is your returns policy? As sweets are a food product, we're unable to accept returns once an order has been delivered unless an item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect — in which case contact us and we'll sort out a replacement or refund. See our Terms of Service for full details.
