Collection: Toffee Crisp

Toffee Crisp was invented in 1963 by John Henderson, great-nephew of Mackintosh's founder, after his wife's homemade cake inspired a chocolate and crispy-rice bar — toffee was added later to get the texture right. It carried the tagline "Somebody, somewhere, is eating a Toffee Crisp" for years after launch.
