Taveners

Taveners traces back to 1904, when William Henry Tavener branched out from pickles and sauces into boiled sweets at his shop on Scotland Road, Liverpool. Its liquorice allsorts follow the format Bassett's popularised in 1899, reportedly after a sales rep accidentally dropped and mixed a tray of samples.
