A fair number of "Dairy Box" searches are really just people typing the wrong name for Cadbury Dairy Milk. They're not the same thing at all, and it's worth untangling before getting to stock.
Two different brands, two different companies
Dairy Box is a boxed assortment of milk chocolates made by Rowntree's, now owned by Nestlé. Dairy Milk is a Cadbury chocolate bar, owned by Mondelez. Beyond sharing the word "dairy," there's no relationship between them — different companies, different products, different formats. If you came here looking for Cadbury Dairy Milk, we do stock that; this article is specifically about the Rowntree's/Nestlé box.
What Dairy Box actually is
Launched by Rowntree's in 1936, Dairy Box was created as a milk chocolate alternative to the company's existing dark chocolate box, Black Magic, reusing the market research already done for that line. It's a box of assorted milk chocolates rather than a single bar — current editions include flavours like vanilla, salted toffee, orange and caramel centres. It's sold today in 322g and 160g sizes year-round, with a seasonal Winter Collection added for Christmas. Both Dairy Box and Black Magic passed to Nestlé in 1988 when the company acquired Rowntree, the same acquisition that brought Nestlé its ownership of Quality Street.
Do we stock it?
No, we don't currently stock Dairy Box. If you're after an in-stock boxed chocolate assortment for gifting or sharing, our Lindt Swiss Luxury Selection Box and Lindt Master Chocolatier Collection are both available now and sit in the same gifting-box category.
