Dietary & Allergens: Where to Start

Dietary & Allergens: Where to Start

We've built four dietary collections properly — checked against real ingredient lists, not just assumed from branding — and written up the reasoning behind each one separately. This page is the map: start here, then go as deep as you need.

Halal-Friendly

"Halal-friendly" and "certified halal" are not the same claim, and we only use the former — based on the manufacturer's own declaration, not our own assessment.

Vegan

Gluten-Free

Checked against wheat, barley, rye and oats line by line — including the reminder that "vegan" and "gluten-free" are two entirely separate claims.
